As you know the Appreciate Yourself Sale on 30th and 31st of May was a much anticipated event for us at Myntra. We strived to bring the best of fashion and great offers to all our customers for which we received an overwhelming response from you. However, we failed to live up to your expectations due to technical glitches that affected the experience on the App for some customers.

We are sincerely sorry if it affected your shopping experience with us, as giving you anything less than an awesome fashion shopping experience is simply not okay with us.

We would like to tell you that all the technical issues have been fixed. We at Myntra, are committed to making your shopping experience better by the day, and hope that you shall give us a chance to do that.
