All the criticism further fuelled our ambitions, while the praise left us wanting even more. We listened carefully and got working to solve for problems. Am listing down some of the actions we have undertaken as a result of your feedback. We launched New Products and undertook Product quality improvements Business Cards We launched three new business card sizes – Folded, Square and Mini business cards. We changed production processes for our existing products, thereby improving product quality for Premium, Vertical, Round-cornered & Transparent business cards. Calendars We launched desk and wall calendars in 12 new sizes, to give you more choice. Branded Apparel We launched embroidered sleeveless and full-sleeved jackets, sweatshirts and hoodies. We launched embroidered Lotto brand polo t-shirts. Marketing Material We launched brochures and flyers. Diaries and Organizers We further widened our portfolio of customized diaries and organizers Along with these new product launches, we improved quality-check processes, leading to better product quality and positive feedback from our customers. We also worked hard with our logistics partners to improve delivery timelines, and we are continuously monitoring for further improvements. We reached 95%+ accuracy in on-time deliveries, despite multiple logistics challenges, and aspire for 100% on-time deliveries. We launched a 24hr guaranteed delivery on select products in Delhi / NCR. Alongside we made user-experience improvements to our website, both simplifying and enhancing the online customization experience.
