Your account has been inactive for more than 6 months. Our policy is to permanently delete content saved in the cloud by customers who haven't used the app at this point.
|
|
|
|
If you log in online and watch a video with the app, your account will become active again, and your content will be saved.
|
|
|
|
If you don't wish to use the app and you have any important content in your RealPlayer Cloud, we recommend logging into your account, then downloading and saving local copies to prevent losing it.
