At the same time, ticket reserving window is now 4 months what it was 2 months earlier. These systems are like a double edged knife - force the poor traveller to reserve tickets 4 months prior to the date of journey and ensure that more and more tickets are getting cancelled because it is extremely difficult to predict what will happen after 4 months. Ticket cancellations are very much a part of the system, especially, it is obvious that the passengers should be forced to cancel the tickets. This system is very cruel to the passenger and needs to be addressed ASAP.
